After the plumber finishes the installation work, he contacts the company to review the installation and conduct the necessary tests for the network before handing over the warranty certificate. The company representative delivers money in exchange for the coupons that the plumber has.
The inspection official records the inspection on his mobile phone through the Zoho Form App, which is connected via Zoho Flow to the coupon program designed with Zoho Creator, to take a copy of the inspection and verify the validity of the coupon numbers before disbursing their value to the plumber.
The company's customer service department uploads the data entered for inspections via mobile phone to the desktop application of the customer service program for follow-up and downloading of reports.
The inspection official delivers the collection of coupons received from the plumbers to the company every period to destroy them and settle the permanent advance from which the plumbers’ coupons are disbursed.
The coupon program follows the movement of coupons in the company's various locations (the company vault, the stores, the merchants, the plumber, the customer service representative, the company’s customer service department, and the destruction of coupons). It also extracts a package of reports for the company’s management.
The program aims to manage the service of different customers (dealers, plumbers, and owners) and monitor the various incentive and bonus systems by creating an integrated environment for exchanging customer service data and inspections.
The program allows the issuance of various incentive coupons that represent a financial value and are published with the merchandise for merchants and serialized with a secret number using the barcode system.
